This unique 1943 title splash features the odd combination of a large image of Adolph Hitler juggling planets in a science fiction setting. The story, title splash, "Poison in the Universe", appeared in All-New Comics #4 and is the work of Sam Glanzman, an artist who would become well-known in later decades for his high-quality war comics art. The idea of Hitler's hate spreading out to other planets was certainly a different approach from most WWII-themed stories of the time.
Golden Age World War II-era art is rare in general, but Hitler splashes of this quality are next to unseen on the open market. Sam Glanzman worked extensively throughout the Golden Age, before moving on to Charlton and DC in the 1960s and 70s. This is a great early example from his career.
This large art has an image area of approximately 13" x 18" on illustration board, has white out areas....but overall in great condition.
