These copies were distributed exclusively on Canadian newsstands. They are identical except for the higher cover price. The Canadian newsstand market serviced a population less than one tenth of the United States. and thus had lower print runs. Keep in mind that they were EXCLUSIVELY NEWSSTAND copies. In fact, these issues are NINE TIMES RARER than newsstand copies of the United States. According to GPA population these books are only 2% of the total run. Couple that with this issue being a 9.8 it is extremely rare, and, at this time the only copy.
