Description
Beautiful one of a kind silver age hand painted Superman 208 cover art done in 1968 from DC comics certified by CGC signature series. Neal Adams is the artist and Jack Adler colorist. On the reverse of this piece, the approval form is affixed by tape which has initials approving this art for production on 2/26/1968. The majority of the pieces do not have this form affixed. In addition, most of these art pieces were destroyed by DC and far less in existence compared to Marvel Comics.
Art measures 6-7/8” by 10.5” which was signed by Neal Adams in 11/11/20 at CGC that confirmed it is Superman 208 sketch. Neal Adams was at CGC for this signing when CGC certified for signature series. COA is included which confirms it is from Jack Adler collection.
