Description
This Book is virtually unknown with this sort of eye appeal. 1 of four examples have a CGC designation of 8.5 or higher. The highest unrestored copy is an 8.0. This moderate professional restoration, as opposed to extensive restoration, is very desirable and gives off great eye appeal. Restoration includes color touch, pieces added, reinforcements, tear seals and cleaning. Overstreet rates this copy as "Rare". The SANDMAN begins. The Highest CGC grade is a 9.2, the restored Mile High which sold for over $63,000 in Feb 2004.
