Brand New CGC Certified Modern 9.8 "Hip Hop" Variants and Signature Series issues in Pedigree Comics' September Grand Auction!

MAJOR MODERN NEWS! Pedigree Comics' CEO and President, Doug Schmell, has acquired on consignment a fabulous collection of Modern comic books, including many variants and CGC Signature SERIES issues for our September Grand Auction. The auction is scheduled to begin in less than one (1) week, on the night of Wednesday, August 31st and last for 14 days until the night of Wednesday, September 14th as a separate event on the Pedigree Comics website (www.PedigreeComics.com). There is no Buyers Premium on any of the lots in the auction and EVERY item will have no reserve. Every book is CGC graded and minimum bid is only $20. The consignment comes from a collection of over 400 ultra high grade CGC certified comics (all Modern or Copper Age) out of Palm Beach, Florida that was recently consigned to Pedigree Comics. Most of the books are Marvels but there are other publishers as well, including DC, Dark Horse Comics, Dynamite Entertainment, Image, Boom! Studios, IDW Publishing, etc.

The focus of this article is the 9.8 CGC certified copies of the "Hip Hop" variant covers and Signature SERIES books in the auction, over 30 in total. Almost every book is an unread newsstand mint 9.8 with white pages and the highest certified copy according to the CGC census. The Signature SERIES include many Fabian Nicieza (co-creator of Deadpool) signed copies. Here are the highlights:
