Description
This killer comic book is tied as the second highest CGC copy behind only 8 in 9.8. It is very deserving of a NM+ grade as it is flawless. Stark white pages, perfect centering, smooth edges, pointy corners, immaculate spine, etc., etc. First appearance of Dragon Man by Stan and Jack. Good luck trying to snag one of the existing 9.8's (all locked away in private collections). Has a date stamp (Oct 28 P.M.) on the top of the back cover.
