The 4th ever appearance of Spider-Man (just beats out Amazing Spider-Man #3 in July, 1963)!!! One of the best Marvel Annuals EVER. Features both Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby art (the cover is by Kirby himself) plus an enjoyable Stan Lee story. Full cover gloss, sharp edges and EXACTLY perfect centering. It does not get much better than this for Spidey, Torch and popular culture fans.
