The second highest certified copy as of this writing! One of the toughest issues of Silver Surfer to find in the super high grades (with ONLY 8 in 9.8!). Near Mint Plus in every way with absolutely PERFECT centering and registration, unbelievable color strike, flawless structure and tight staples.
