Description
A phenomenal issue, it features a classic jet-black cover background depicting Batman and Robin biking through a circle of fire, courtesy of Dick Sprang. More importantly, it features the first and only team-up (in the golden Age) between the Joker and the Penguin. At 8.0, this is the 5th highest CGC graded copy and has off-white to white paper, a gorgeous spine, sharp edges and corners and exceptional color saturation.
