This auction is for an independently graded copy of Power Man #49. This book is the last issue of the title. It continued with issue #50 but the title changed its name to "Power Man & Iron Fist." This is also the first issue when Luke Cage and Iron Fist fought together. In the previous issue they fought each other! Power Man #49 is also a Chris Claremont/John Byrne collaboration. They churned out this baby when they were busting out their famous X-Men 108-143 run. In fact, they worked on X-Men #109 at about the same time that they did Power Man #49. You gotta wonder how they did it! CGC has graded this beauty a rock solid 9.2.
