Second highest certified example. It is the 15th finest known (only 14 exist in 9.8) and most likely the nicest NM+ out there (take a look how pristine this copy is). Juggernaut cover and appearance. Speaking of the cover, it is white as snow and amazingly glossy. Perfect registration and centering.
