Description
A killer, strictly/tightly Near-Mint graded copy of Amazing Spider-Man #39. Very nicely cut with amazing color strike and BONE WHITE PAGES. Looks like a 9.6 from every angle (take a look). This great issue features the first John Romita pencils (cover and story) on the title with this unforgettable Green Goblin cover. Nicest 9.4 we've seen and a great investment book. We sold a 9.4 copy in our May, 2009 Grand Auction for $4,350, still a record price for a NM example. Third on the census with a bullet.
