Perfectly straight along the spine. It also has a PERFECT front cover with stunning color strike, a FLAWLESS spine, near white pages, comically sharp edges, poke your eyes out corners, tight staples and that pristine, unread look. The back cover is a 9.9 and is ridiculously white (take a good, long look as it is truly MINT). Features the first appearance of Wolverine in a great Len Wein story. Art credits go to Herb Trimpe and sturdy Jack Abel. This incredible comic book never seems to lose steam or value. How hot is this book right now? The last sale of a 9.8 is just recently, for $27,739 in April (also with off-white to white pages), which represents a new record price for a NM/M copy.
