Rockford copy!! Looks brand new! Second best existing copy behind only 1 in 9.6. Only 9.4 graded to date. Dr. Fate and Sandman cameo appearance. Can't believe this isn't the second NM+ as it is GORGEOUS. Great Joe Gallagher cover. Unbelievable structure and it's probably never been opened or read. The next highest graded example is an 8.5!
