Description
The second highest CGC graded copy at 9.6! Trails only 14 atop the census, all in 9.8. Always a much tougher issue than most of the surrounding ones to obtain in this grade. Really looks perfect. We thought this was the 15th NM/M but 9.6 will have to do.
