Description
This is the tough one! Due to its brilliant black cover (which was ably drawn by Gil Kane and features Spidey and Ka-Zar manhandled by Kraven), this is a very hard issue to locate in ultra high grade. This one qualifies. In fact, it is the highest graded copy ever and is gorgeous. Only 7 other 9.8's exist but do they look like this and have white pages?! Flat and bright, it appears unread and well-preserved.
