Amazing Spider-Man #31 CGC NM+ 9.6 White

Very tough issue to track down in the super high grades (only 3 in 9.8 and 17 in 9.6)!! Killer late 1965 Amazing Spider-Man with a classic and fan favorite Steve Ditko cover and a colossal Stan Lee story that serves as part one of the great Master Planner (Doctor Octopus) storyline ("If This Be My Destiny..."). This copy is stunning and must be seen up close to be fully appreciated. The colors are ridiculous, the pages areBONE white, the edges and corners are razor sharp and the books is exactly aligned. Easily the best copy we've ever had here at Pedigree Comics and the 4th finest known example. There hasn't been a copy offered at auction of this book in almost 3 years. The Boston copy sold for $8,963 in 2016 but this copy is nicer (we used to own the Boston example). Features the first appearance of Gwen Stacy, Harry Osborn and Professor Warren. Man, that Ditko cover is sweet!!
