Death of Phoenix. Special double-size issue. Well-written by Chris Claremont. The nicest copy we've seen, it is bested by only six in the world, all in 9.9 (hard to believe a copy can grader higher than this one). Immaculate and obviously never opened or read fresh off-white to white pages. Brand new CGC case too.
