Description
Second highest CGC rated copy and the second finest known example after only one in 9.8. Looks like it should be the second with its unreal colors, exact centering and cover alignment, fresh off-white to white pages and perfect structure. Harshly graded to say the least. Almost every major dealer would call this a Near-Mint/Mint if not slabbed. Features the origin and introduction of a great DD villain, Mister Fear! You do not see this issue for sale above 9.4 very often and this is the very first NM+ we've had or seen since 2012!
