A glorious NM+ example of the absolute toughest issue of the Green Lantern/Green Arrow run (tied with issue #88) to find in ultra high grade. Trails only 2 total copies, both in 9.8, according to the CGC census. The dark black cover habitually shows all kinds of defects yet NONE exist on this beauty. Black Canary appearance. Speaking of the cover, it is a dark black Neal Adams bondage keeper and possibly his finest of the run.
