Ridiculously GORGEOUS 8.5 copy of Detective Comics #45. Features the firs Joker story in Detective Comics with an amazing Jerry Robinson and Bob Kane bondage cover. Also contains the ad for the 1940 New York World's Fair. This is the 4th highest certified example and 5th best known behind only 1 in 9.6, 2 in 9.2 and a single 9.0. The pages are SNOW WHITE, the cover is even whiter and the state of preservation is unbelievable on this 76 year old comic book. Very strictly graded as all sign point to this blazer being only the second 9.0.
