GRAND AUCTION RULES

Maximum Bids:
Bidding is done by Maximum Bid (Max Bid), which will only be used one increment bid at a time to secure the current high position in the bidding. Once a Max Bid is placed the system will bid on that bidder's behalf up to that Max Bid amount.

Bidding Increments:
Bidding for items in the Grand Auction will be made using the following increment system:
$1000-3000 = $50 increments;
$3001-10,000 = $100 increments;
$10,001-25,000 = $250 increments;
$25,001-100,000 = $500 increments;
$100,001-up = $1,000 increments.

Reserves:
All items that are part of the Grand Auction have a reserve price. The reserve price of each item is an amount no less than $1,000.00. The site will display whether the current bid meets the reserve price. If you are the winning bidder but your bid does not meet the reserve price, the auction lot is a pass.

Bid Removal:
Bids cannot be removed without a direct request to dougschmell@pedigreecomics.com. Please include a valid reason for the bid removal.

Last Minute Bids:
If a bid is placed less than 3 minutes prior to the expiration of an auction item the end time for that auction item will be extended for an additional 5 minutes. This is to prevent last minute sniping and allows other users a chance to make bids.

Winning Bids:
Order E-Mails will be sent to winning bidders notifying them of their winning bid(s). Payments shall be placed through the existing Pedigree Comics, Inc. order system at the end of the auction. The results will be available post auction on the Website for review.

Forms of Payment accepted:
- Money Orders
- Checks (Personal, Cashier’s, Bank and Company)
- Bank Wires (International and domestic)
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network)
- Paypal
(Payments made by Credit Card and Paypal are subject to a convenience charge of 3%)

Shipping:
Shipping and handling charges will be displayed in the order email and must be added to all payments. All international orders are shipped via USPS Global Express. All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Express unless you require delivery to a post office box. All domestic orders to post office box addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Time Payments:
Time/lay-away payments are available on any purchase(s) made in the Grand Auction. A 33% non-refundable down payment must be made within seven (7) business days of the winning bid(s) and the balance can be spread out over three (3) months. Returns are NOT accepted on any items purchased using the lay-away option. Please contact us for further details or if you have any questions.

Legal Notice:
Placing bid/bids constitutes a legal obligation to pay any winning invoices, including any applicable postage and handling charges. By placing a bid or bids in the Pedigree Comics, Inc. Grand Auction, the bidder accepts all auction rules and terms and conditions of the website.
